- Developing new business with prospective clients and keeping in regular contact to build positive, productive, and long-term corporate relationships.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment – Understand requirements, advise and execute appropriate recruitment strategies including advertising campaigns, referrals, sourcing and engaging with candidates, interviewing, managing references checks, and managing the offer process.
